Although my main passion is running, I also enjoy various types of exercise. Its important for runners especially to cross-train and get involved in other types of fitness! This helps target different muscle groups and build strength throughout the body. This includes yoga, barre, Pilates, kickboxing, and anything else waiting out there to try.
